I’m a results-driven Services Analyst with over 6 years of experience specializing in data analysis, BI dashboarding, and financial reporting. I hold a postgraduate degree (M.Tech) in Computer Software from B.H. Gardi College of Engineering, Gujarat.

Currently, I work as a Senior Associate – Projects at Borderless Access, where I lead end-to-end reporting implementations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. My responsibilities include building interactive dashboards, performing variance and trend analysis, and transforming business KPIs into actionable insights for global clients.

Previously, I served as a Technical SEO & Reporting Analyst at AnandaVak, where I managed WordPress-based websites, optimized technical SEO, and developed performance dashboards using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
